Our beach home (Site T-31, Tern Drive) is located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Resort, a fantastic family friendly community with one mile of alluring beach and many amenities including the new Water Park, Swimming Pools, Mini-Golf, Game Center, Basketball, Volleyball, Playgrounds, Skate Park, Eight Freshwater Lakes and 24 Hour Gated Security Patrol. Ocean Lakes was named ARVC's 2022 Mega Park of the Year! Please read the entire description below before making a Request to Book. ????

Our gorgeous two-story home features everything to make your vacation delightful. It features a completely equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and all the prepare ware you may require. The living area features hard wood floors, a roomy family room and eat in kitchen. There is cable TV with expanded channels as well as internet access for our guests. In addition, the lower level carport area contains patio furnishings, a TV, outdoor shower and a charcoal grille. ????‍???????????????? Freshly added is a 36" Blackstone griddle and tools for those who adore to prepare outside! A washer and dryer is supplied to make your vacation complete. BED AND BATH LINENS FOR UP TO 10 GUESTS ARE PROVIDED IN YOUR CLEANING FEE!!

Once you park your car under the beach home, the friendly community of Ocean Lakes will surround you. You can relax on the decks or on the beach, or chose to savor the many recreational activities available with in the Ocean Lakes community. In addition there are many close by attractions located in and around Myrtle Beach which you are sure to appreciate! Just move in, unpack and relax!

NOTEWORTHY INFORMATION:

1. This home is NON-SMOKING ???? and DOES NOT ALLOW FAMILY PETS.
2. Minimum age to rent is 30
3. There is NO GOLF CART???? included in this rental.
4. Motorcycles are not allowed to be driven in Ocean Lakes but may be placed in the overflow tons.
5. Only three cars may be parked at the home under the carport.
6. Summer units are SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY.
7. There is a security camera on the premises for your safety and ours.
