Trips with Santee Cooper Charters are family friendly and they love teaching kids the fun of fishing! You are more than welcome to keep the fish you catch and there will be plenty of ice on hand for safe transport.
You’ll find yourself aboard a 22’ Dual console that holds up to 6 passengers. Expect to use live bait and cut bait to catch your fish. Your captain will provide all bait, tackle, fishing gear, and ice. You’ll need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. A non-resident license can be purchased locally or online.
Don’t forget to bring snacks, sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
