Soaring above the soft sand beaches of North Myrtle Beach, Towers on the Grove is cast in art-deco flair and modern amenities. Set on the northern tip of Cherry Grove — in a beachfront neighborhood — it provides a restful getaway from the stirring sidewalks of commercial areas. Yet it's still rather conducive to creating plenty of fun under the sun when you walk down to the shore from the resort's back door. Parlor around with a beach book, play in the waves or build sand castles. Return to the resort for a exhilarating float on the lazy river.

Your own slice of heaven awaits at our Towers on the Grove, a oceanside resort designed for family vacations and charming getaways. Unwind with a book on the beach, jet ski and para-sail in the Atlantic Ocean, or take a dip in our indoor and outdoor pools, which feature water slides, splash zones, lazy rivers, and hot tubs. Our convenient location off Highway 17 North makes us a gateway to Cherry Grove Beach and Fishing Pier, Barefoot Landing, the Tanger Outlets, and Family Kingdom Amusement Park. If you’re flying into the area, we’re less than thirty miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR).

Finding the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:

Sticking to your spending plan:

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers frequently offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines contain money saving offers on nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

Planning, picking, and booking yourrental home:

  • Select a designated group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a maximum budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. 2BD\/2BTH Towers on the Grove Myrtle Beach Condo in Oceanfront Resort! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is often available on booking websites. If they are not listed, reach out to the property management company before reserving your rental. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or charges could be applied to your agreement.
  • Visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before booking.

Some things to know before you go:

  • Be sure you get the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents many issues.
  • Lock your rental home while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • To make certain that damages are not linked to your visit, make a record of any problem areas upon check in. Make contact with the host immediately to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful visitors bothering your home life. Practice the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have never otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a great time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
