This ocean front condo is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers countless vistas of the Atlantic Ocean!

We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. This listing also features a full-size dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch or accent chairs and savor endless vistas of the ocean! The couch converts to a queen-size bed. The dining table and chairs are located in the area as well. The queen bed faces the Southern window; wake up and see the ocean! There is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are elegant.
This unit features a new couch, new paint throughout, new tile floor, updates to the cabinets, and new, modern, beachy decor! This unit feels nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!
The full-size bathroom is located to the right when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.

Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

Strategies to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
- Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal SC. Book your Myrtle Beach vacation in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Property management companies typically offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Choosing the perfect vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- First and foremost, have your group choose the best dates and a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. Angled Oceanfront Studio with Incredible Views! Palace Resort 1003 - Sleeps 4 guests has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is often accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, email or call the host before you reserve your rental. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- Some properties allow pets, but some don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach beach you are crazy about, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your desires.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental
More tips for your visit:
- Get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your .
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, television set or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent a lot of concerns.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would at home.
- Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if damages are assessed.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are an incredible source for finding the best local scenic spots.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
- On check-out day, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a fantastic time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
