Spectacular direct oceanfront condo in Atlantica resort located in the downtown of myrtle beach. This unique condo features a huge NEW upgraded and completely equipped kitchen with a granite countertop, a enormous living area and two big bedrooms each with a private bath and a flat TV. You'll appreciate the amazing unobstructed beach and ocean vistas from the oversize balcony. Savor your morning coffee as you watch a spectacular sunrise over the blue Atlantic. This condo has everything a visiting family needs including a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, the guest bedroom has 1 queen-size bed and 1 full size bed. The living room has a queen size air bed. The kitchen is entirely equipped with additional appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, and service for eight guests.

The living room contains a queen size sleeper couch, a single-size couch, table with 6 chairs, FLAT SCREEN HD TV plus hi speed wireless internet connection right in the unit. Lots of linen and towels, service for 8, and everything you could want for a great vacation! The roomy balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is Oceanfront and THE VIEW IS INCREDIBLE! They are ideal for dolphin watching with your morning coffee.

ALL RESORT AMENITIES ARE PROVIDED: Conveniences on site include an enclosed indoor heated pool, a outdoor pool, a lazy river, kiddie pool, outer door and indoor sizable whirl spas, and an indoor cascading 10 foot waterfall. All are heated and enclosed in the winter (Nov-May approx.) for year round enjoyment. Next door to the indoor amenities is our one of a kind Atlantica Beach Club. The Beach Club features two meeting areas for modest groups and separate private Men and Women lockers with showers and bathrooms. Ideal for early arrivals and/or additional time at the beach before changing clothes on your trip back home.

Atlantica Resort is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. It is just few blocks (few mins. walking distance) to the beautiful downtown - the new Beach Broadwalk, the Market Commons, the great sky wheel and the pier. It's only half mile to the Family Kingdom, and water park. It is about one mile to the Broadway, shopping mall, movie theater, golf course and airport. The Atlantica Resort phase 3 is relatively new in this area since it was opened in 2005. This resort has been a favorite Myrtle Beach vacation destination for many, many years.

We can accommodate last min. guests. We hope to build long term friendships with our guests and hope you will give us and our unit an opportunity to impress you!

We also have multiple direct oceanfront 2-bedroom condos in this resort, multiple 2 and 3-bedroom cottages in a very peaceful new neighborhood. They were constructed in 2013 and only 1 block to the beach. They can host 8 to 10 guests each. We also have few direct oceanfront 1-bedroom condos in other Resorts. Please let me know if you are interested in these properties.
Please contact the owner before you book if you have service animal. $300 returnable deposit will be required to cover the deep cleaning cost if the service animals make the property messy and smelly.

Myrtle Beach is home to this condo. Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Chapin Memorial Park are also worth visiting.
