This oceanfront vacation rental is completely furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 2 queen beds, 1 sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This rental is a true 1-bedroom condo, and our guests appreciate the separation between rooms and the privacy that is offered. This condo offers a private balcony with countless oceanfront vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.


Upon entering the condo, guests will find the bedroom. The bedroom features two queen size beds, nightstand, dresser and closet for storage, huge wall mounted TV, sizable window with ocean vistas, ceiling fan, and access to the bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/ shower combo, toilet, vanity, sink, and more.


Moving right along is the kitchen. The kitchen is central between the living room and bedroom and features full size appliances. Guests will have access to a refrigerator / freezer, full size stove, top-mounted microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen sink, and cabinet space. The kitchen is entirely outfitted with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare a meal or snack! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of exceptional dining options within a short walk/ride or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Post Mates have become very trendy food delivery options along the Grandiose Strand. A washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen.


Entering the living room, this is by far the most beautiful area of the entire apartment. The living room is fully furnished with a sleeper couch, accent chair, side table, modest dining table and chairs, enormous wall mounted TV, and access to the upsized oceanfront balcony. This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends, or a family! Located on the 14th floor of the South Tower at The Palms Resort, the view from the balcony is striking, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins and charming sunsets!


Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we savor the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
