Prior guest, Jametra, July 2023, "This place was definitely BEAUTIFUL. I adore that there are balconies on both sides of the apartment so you can savor the sunset and the sunrise. The balcony that faces the beach is cavernous and we adored eating our meals out there. We were steps away from the beach, which is an absolute must for us."
"We really appreciated our stay. Great location, very clean, everything was just as described. We really enjoyed being able to see both the sun rise and set. Loved sitting out and looking at the ocean. The kitchen is very well outfitted and made it painless to prepare meals. It was phenomenal to have beach chairs and umbrella to use. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay." Jamie, July 2022

Strategies to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
Sticking to your budget:
- Reserve your rental property in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Owners sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
- Booking websites often offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitor guide magazines have money saving offers on local shops and restaurants.
Use filters to narrow your search:
- Choose a designated group leader, choose your dates, and select a spending budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group requires. WELCOME TO YOUR OCEAN OASIS - A VACATION TO REMEMBER! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed types is usually available online. Otherwise, email or call the property management company before you book the home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to work out what is suitable for your trip.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach beach you love, browse properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- If your family is traveling with pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Get details on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.
Considerations for your stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Add a note with the instructions to your phone, and take a printed backup.
- Upon check-in, record any issues with the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of problems.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a great source for finding the best local attractions.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
