This ground-level condo is located in The Greenbriar Community within Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach. Highlights of this breezy 2BR/2BA hideaway include fresh appointments and a private sunroom.

As part of the community at Greenbriar, you’ll also savor access to a shared seasonal pool and a private grilling area. Need a lift? A convenient shuttle system will take you to the beach and Barefoot Landing every day during the summer (June through August). World-class golf courses are located just next door.

LIVING AREA

Contemporary-chic décor and wood floors offer an inviting respite after an appealing day by the water. Curl up on the queen sleeper couch or adore seat beside the 40” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Get cooking in the entirely supplied kitchen, furnished with quality appliances and ample counter space.

When it’s time to eat, share meals at the dining room for four or at the breakfast nook for four. There’s also a breakfast bar for two.

BED & BATH

This one-story condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and the living room. Both bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.

Find peaceful privacy in the inviting master suite, furnished with a king bed. (The split-king can be separated into two individual beds.) The cavernous en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

The second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, while the second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

Spend leisurely afternoons in your private sunroom, complete with seating for four and vistas of lush tropical foliage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. Book your Myrtle Beach rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guides have money saving offers on local accommodations, tours and attractions.

  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a great time? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
