Welcome to Magnolia North at Myrtlewood Villas, your ideal getaway in Myrtle Beach. Our beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The interior features modern furnishings and an open layout designed for relaxation and convenience. The completely-equipped kitchen includes essential appliances like a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, ideal for preparing meals during your stay.
Appreciate your private balcony or patio, offering a peaceful spot to relax and take in the vistas. The condo is equipped with a washer and dryer combo, multiple T.V.s for your entertainment, and complimentary WiFi to keep you connected. We take pride in maintaining a clean environment with enhanced cleaning practices to ensure a welcoming and safe stay for all guests.

Guest Access
As our guest, you will have access to a range of resort amenities designed to enhance your vacation experience. Savor multiple outdoor pools, including a heated pool and a kids's pool, as well as an indoor pool complex for year-round swimming. Stay active with access to the exercise center and sports facilities, including shuffleboard and volleyball courts.
The beach is conveniently located just a mile away with public access available for your enjoyment. Please note that while you have access to the beach, amenities such as beach equipment and cabanas are not supplied. Some specialized resort services may also not be available during your stay.

Please be aware that all guests must be at least 25 years old to rent with us. Additionally, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required. We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a relaxing and delightful experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
