Warm wood floor greets with a cozy sectional couch with a queen-sized sleeper couch, a coffee table and a sizable slat screen TV with Roku and a DVD player. The first floor level offers a laundry area with a washer and dryer. A full-bathroom with a shower is on the first level. Gather around the dining room table with seating for 4 to eat or play. The kitchen features black on black appliances complimented with smooth counters and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends. The bedrooms are both located on the second level. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and the second has a queen-sized bed and twin-sized bed. Both bedrooms have comfortable linens.
