The condo development has two in-ground outdoor pools.
Charcoal grilles are just outside the pool gate toward the street for your convenience. Picnic tables are included as well along with trash cans. (Sorry, no grilling allowed on balcony!)
As much as we adore animals ... your family pets must stay home while you visit our place. After all they need a vacation from you too!
More fun awaits …

Our top Rental home tips:
When to visit Myrtle Beach & When to book:
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Booking your vacation rental in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies often offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
- Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guides which include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Use filters to narrow your rental search:
- Select dates and maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the configuration you need. Oceanfront Condo • Create Unforgettable Beach Memories • 2 BD, 2BA has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, reach out to the property owner before booking your home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches. You will need to establish which bed configuration is suitable for your vacation.
- Some rentals allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional costs may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach destination you are crazy about, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
During your stay:
- Put the owner's information in your smartphone.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- To ensure that no damages are attributed to your stay, note any problem areas upon check in. Get in touch with the property manager right away to record any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having the recorded problems and contact attempts will be valuable.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers bothering your life at home. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a terrific stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
