2. If You Bring More Guests Than Are Reflected on Your Reservation, You May Be Asked to Leave Without a Refund.
3. Family Animals Are NOT Accepted.
4. No Substantial Gatherings or Events Over Occupancy Are Accepted Unless Discussed and Approved Prior to Booking with Your Host. You May Be Subject to Additional Event Fees and Security Deposits.
5. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED You Purchase Travel Insurance and Review Our Cancellation Policy Prior to Booking Your Stay.
6. No Refund Will Be Issued For Circumstances Outside of Our Control, Including But Not Limited To, Inclemate Weather, Health-Related Circumstances, Unforeseen Circumstances, or Extenuating Circumstances.
7. After 48 Hours From Booking Your Reservation, We Do Not Accept Alterations to Your Reservation.
8. No Smoking Is Accepted. Violation of This Rule May Result in a $2,000.00 Smoke Damage Fee.
9. The Minimum Age to Book is 21 Years Old.
10. Our Hours of Operation Are 10AM-8PM EST. Any Messages Received Outside of These Hours Will Be Responded To As Soon As We Are Back On.

12. After 48 hours, we no longer allow any alterations to your reservation.
13. Kindly be aware that community pools are under the management of the HOA, and any closures or maintenance activities throughout the year are beyond our control. However, we are committed to keeping you well-informed and will make every effort to promptly notify you as soon as we receive any updates.
14. Be Mindful of Noise Levels. Excessive Noise That Disturbs Our Neighbors May Result in a Request to Vacate.
15. Do Not Exceed 6 Bags of Trash During Your Stay.

There is a camera doorbell located at the front door of the unit which is on 24/7 for your protection.
**GUEST ACCESS**
There are two complimentary parking spaces included for each stay. Street parking is available close by. Guests can conveniently check in themselves with our front door keypad and bespoke lock code.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARKING **
The last thing we want is for you to be towed at your own expense. Parking passes will be supplied to you once you check into the property. Please fill out the pass accurately and display in your car at all times during your stay. Detailed instructions will be supplied in the digital guidebook that you will receive shortly before your stay.
