★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★
* Are there any hidden costs? Absolutely not. There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay. We can facilitate beach chair/umbrella/beach towel/infant furnishings units, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
* Do we have to bring bath towels and linens or rent them at an additional cost? Heck no! Bath towels and linens are supplied, and your departure cleaning fee includes laundering of those items.
* Is parking supplied? Yes, parking is complimentary for one car. You will receive one parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA. We receive limited numbers of parking passes and then we have to purchase them. Please don't write on it and return it to the unit before you leave to avoid a replacement charge.
* Are there pool armbands? MAYBE - Pool armbands are only required during peak season. During this time, you should receive one band per person staying in the unit. Please be sure to provide an accurate count when booking or you may not be supplied with enough.
* Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry? No, you are on vacation! Our professional cleaning and sanitation team will take care of that for you.
* Do you allow family pets? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this resort per our HOA bylaws.
* Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony? NO. Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. * Are there pots/pans/dishes? Yes, the kitchenette is equipped with all of the basic items needed for cooking/eating.
* Do you provide food, condiments, coffee filters, etc.? No, this is a self-catering unit, and you will need to provide all food.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
When to go & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:
- Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Myrtle Beach trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides have money saving offers on nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
Filter your search:
- Choose vacation week and budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Oceanfront! Indoor Pool! Snowbirds Welcome! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking websites. Otherwise, call the property owner before you reserve your home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to establish what is best for your vacation.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or could be applied to your invoice.
- Visiting for a single attraction? Use a map search to browse nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
Advice for a smooth stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few problems.
- Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would back home.
- At Check-in, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the property manager. Record all coorespondence.
- Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on great reviews to propel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
