Located in the Palms Building of Dunes Village family friendly Resort, this 3rd floor condo is entirely furnished with everything you need!
Upon entering guests will find the kitchen to the right of the front door. The kitchen is equip with full size appliances including, refrigerator, wall mounted microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker and more! Entirely outfitted with all basic cookware, silverware, cutlery, and glassware. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer not to prepare, Dunes Village offers multiple dining options onsite. The Grandiose Strand is also home to thousands of dining options, and many of them are within a 5 min. drive of the resort. Many of our guests appreciate using food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash. Both are available in the Myrtle Beach area.
To the left of the front door is the full bathroom! This bathroom features a tub/shower combo and toilet! Just past the bathroom guests will find a enormous vanity set up! This space features a huge mirror, sink, and chair! Making getting ready a breeze!
Moving right along guests will find the main living space! This is the most calming spot in the entire condo, and features, two queen size beds, two nightstands with lamps on each, two dressers with two flatscreen tv's on each, modest table with chairs, appreciate seat, coffee table, accent chair, and access to the private oceanfront balcony! Guests will adore the gorgeous vistas that can be seen from inside and outside the condo!
All bath towels, toiletries, linens, linens, and linens are supplied. Specifically, 8 bath towels and 8 washcloths will be supplied for our guests. We also provide starter amenities in each bathroom such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation.
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. Just let us know what you need and we'll be happy to work with you!
Dunes Village Resort and its amenities are second to none! As our guest, you will have access to over 30,000 square feet of indoor waterparks. These water parks are located within the Dunes Village Resort and feature various water slides, dump buckets, sprinklers, Kid Zone, and so much more. In addition to the water parks, guests will also have access to a number of indoor and outdoor pool options and lazy rivers. Our guests will also be able to appreciate multiple food and drink options at the resort! An outdoor playground, basketball court, tennis court, exercise center, putting greens, pool tables, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, and foosball table will be available to our guests! Dunes Village Resort also has a concierge desk to assist you with planning all of your Myrtle Beach fun activities!!
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained, and other fines may be assessed. Guests will also be subject to eviction per resort policy. Dunes Village Resort does not allow family pets. Animals are not allowed at the resort, or inside unit #347. The minimum age to book this property is 18 years of age. Limit 4 guests.
Dunes Village Resort is located roughly 10 mins. from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport and the famed Skywheel. There are so many dining and entertainment options close by including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats! Being just north of the heart of Myrtle Beach, this location is much quieter overall than downtown Myrtle Beach, but it isn't as far north as other places, making this one of the best locations!
