The kitchen has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and convenient, including a state-of-the-art dishwasher. The kitchen was completely gut refreshed in March 2020, and features quartz countertops, quartz backsplash, new cabinets, sink, and new (higher) ceiling. All appliances (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, microwave) are Whirlpool 2020 models with a stainless steel finish. A enormous variety of kitchen silverware, pots and pans and more will make cooking meals simple and convenient. A new Keurig coffee machine will have you sipping your morning cup of joe in seconds.
The apartment features the highest quality porcelain tile floor throughout along with 5G high-speed internet for anxiety-complimentary remote working. The newly remodeled bathroom has a new granite vanity and nickel fixtures.
New ceilings have been added in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Even the wall colors are inviting and calming. There's a brand new dining room table that comfortably seats four. The living room features a brand new wall-mounted 55" TCL Roku Intelligent TV and DVD player, so that you can access your own Netflix, Hulu, SlingTV, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc, accounts, as well as thousands of other channels and apps. A brand new sofabed was purchased in January 2024. For guests sleeping on the sofabed in the living room you'll wake up every morning greeted by the sound of calming ocean waves, and perhaps appreciate a morning cup of coffee or tea on the balcony as you watch the glorious, majestic sunrises.
The bedroom is a king suite with brand new, opulent memory foam bed, flat screen tv and DVD player.
Camelot by the Sea features numerous pools and spas. Outside, there's a 90 ft outdoor pool, a hot tub, a kiddie pool, and a lawn complemented with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Camelot's indoor pavilion features a lazy river, heated pool, a modest toddler pool, and a spa tub. There is a Dunkin Donuts in the building, a Starbucks right across the street, and dozens of bars and eateries within a 5 min. walk. Bummz Beach Café, where you can get fresh seafood all year round, is only a 20 second walk from the pool area and features an outside bar and outside seating right on the ocean.
The building offers 3 washing machines and 4 dryers on the ground level as well as a vending machine for all laundry needs. The freshly modernized exercise center offers two treadmills, two ellipticals, one exercise bicycle, complimentary weights and more.
The epicenter of Ocean Boulevard, with all of its attractions, stores, eateries, bars, the pier, museums, arcades, Ferris wheel, etc, etc, is just a 10 min. walk from Camelot by the Sea.
'Ocean’s Melody' is our home away from home and we've done our very best to make it feel less like a hotel stay and more like a home. We hope you’ll enjoy staying here as much as we do!
(Camelot is an all non-smoking complex. Sadly, we are not able to allow family pets at our condo).
Please note: There is a $10 charge per towel for any beach towel not returned to the condo upon check-out.

Our top Myrtle Beach rental home tips:
Sticking to a rental home budget:
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To book the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Use filters to search efficiently:
- Choose your vacation week and maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Newly renovated 15th floor Direct Oceanfront Condo has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach vacation rental search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is normally accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, contact the property management company before you book your home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach destination you are enamored with, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental
- If your group is bringing pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly rental. Ask for information on breed, size, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property owners charge additional pet fees.
Advice for your stay:
- Be sure you get the owner's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
- To make certain that no damages are attributed to your family's visit, inspect the property for any problem areas when you arrive. Make contact with the rental manager immediately to relay any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a fantastic resource to find the best local beaches.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on great feedback to compel new reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best rental home. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
