Welcome to Serenity at Shore Drive!  Create lasting memories with the whole family in this incredible escape.  This 2BR/2BA direct oceanfront condo in Sands Beach Club II is located in the highly sought after Shore Drive area.  Located at the end of Shore Drive, this is like having your own private beach. Stunning vistas of the ocean from the private balcony.  Watch the sunrise from your balcony and the sunset while sitting in the sand on the marsh side or in your lounge chair at the pool.  Walking distance to bars, eateries, stores and the famed Ocean Annie’s!  Just a short drive from Walmart, Kroger, Tanger Outlets and many eateries.

Conveniences: Outdoor & indoor pools, hot tub, exercise center, tennis court, pickle ball court, and basketball court.
 
Kitchen: Entirely equipped, cooking basics, drip coffee maker, dishware/flatware, toaster, intelligent oven.
 
Indoor living:  Living room has a new 55” intelligent tv.  Bedroom 1 has a Roku tv.  Bedroom 2 has a tv with roku as well.
 
General: Linens/towels, in unit washer/dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, keyless entry, beach towels, beach chairs, pack n play
 
Guest access: Intelligent lock on condo and guest(s) will be sent a 4 digit code before your arrival for the duration of your stay.  Two parking passes will be supplied.

We provide a starter pack of toiletries and a set of towels per guest. For a short stay this may suffice. We recommend you pack or buy additional items as needed.

Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit. There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, temporary utility outages, etc.
-If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive later, or cancel your stay.

Money saving strategies:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of SC. To find the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Myrtle Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for details.

  • To make certain that damages are not attributed to your stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas during check in. Call the rental manager right away to document any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and places you would have not otherwise known!

  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to inspire more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
