Appreciate your very own private balcony, where you can relax and take in the striking oceanfront scenery.

As you step inside, the bedroom welcomes you with two queen-sized beds, a convenient nightstand between them, a dresser, and a closet for all your storage needs. There's a wall-mounted TV for your entertainment, natural light streaming in through the window, and simple access to the private bathroom just down the hall. The full bathroom, located to the right, comes with a tub/shower combo, vanity, sizable mirror, hair dryer, and toilet.

To the left of the bedroom, you'll find the kitchen area, equipped with full-sized appliances to make meal prep a breeze. The kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, mounted microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, and toaster – everything you need to prepare a meal or savor a fast snack. We also provide all the cookware, silverware, plates, cups, and basic kitchen essentials you'll need. If you'd rather eat out, multiple great eateries are just a short walk or drive away, and food delivery services like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates make it painless to appreciate a meal in.

The living room is the heart of the condo, offering spectacular oceanfront vistas. Unwind on the queen-sized Murphy bed, couch, or accent chair, and enjoy the TV and storage options. There's also a modest dining table and chairs, ideal for meals or playing games. Most importantly, the living room provides access to the private oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, which many guests appreciate to capture and share with us.

The Landmark Resort is packed with amenities, making it a favorite destination for many visitors. Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, an arcade, and a laundry facility. You'll also have access to resort cable and Wi-Fi during your stay.

We've got you covered with all the essentials, so you can pack light! We provide fresh bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll also find starter toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

In addition to all the fun and relaxation, you'll enjoy access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, the laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and, of course, the beach. While some amenities—like the food and drink outlets, water features across the street, and the coffee bar in the lobby—are not available to our guests, many have reported being able to use them without issue, even though we can't officially advertise access. We've set our prices to reflect these restrictions and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:

Finding your perfect rental:

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, shift your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Booking websites frequently offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines contain offers and deals for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.

Use filters to search efficiently:

  • Start by having your group decide on the best dates and a max budget.
  • Note the number beds and the configuration your family requires. Spacious 1 Br Condo- Stunning Oceanfront Views-Landmark 1434 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed types is regularly available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, contact the property manager before you book the property. Remember that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches.
  • If your group is traveling with pets, you'll need to book a pet-friendly vacation rental. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Often, property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. .

More considerations:

  • Take a copy of the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or WIFI setup. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of problems.
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • To make certain that damages aren't linked to your family's visit, inspect for any problem areas during check in. message the rental manager right away to document your findings. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property managers rely on great feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review find their best rental home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to solve it.
