The full bathroom, located to the right, comes with a tub/shower combo, vanity, sizable mirror, hair dryer, and toilet.
To the left of the bedroom, you'll find the kitchen area, equipped with full-sized appliances to make meal prep a breeze. The living room is the heart of the condo, offering spectacular oceanfront vistas. Unwind on the queen-sized Murphy bed, couch, or accent chair, and enjoy the TV and storage options. There's also a modest dining table and chairs, ideal for meals or playing games. Most importantly, the living room provides access to the private oceanfront balcony, where you can enjoy striking sunrises and sunsets, which many guests adore to capture and share with us.
The Landmark Resort is packed with amenities, making it a favorite destination for many visitors. Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, an arcade, and a laundry facility. You'll also have access to resort cable and Wi-Fi during your stay.

Tips to get the perfect rental home experience:
Finding the best rental value:
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
- Summertime is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the best value, consider shifting your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer warm temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
- Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
Selecting the best rental:
- Select a group lead, choose your vacation week, and choose a budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family needs. Spacious 1 Br Condo- Stunning Oceanfront Views-Landmark 1434 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, call the property manager before booking the rental. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to establish which bed configuration is optimal for your vacation group.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- If there's a specific Myrtle Beach destination you simply love, search for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your desires.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental
Additional considerations:
- Put the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a hot tub, television set or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents a lot of concerns.
- Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- To make certain no damages are linked to your family's stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas during check in. E-mail the property manager right away to record any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll increase your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a great resource to find the best local attractions.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to make sure you've collected everything. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great reviews to drive future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
