Take a look at this homey two bedroom two bath condo, located in the heart of River Oaks! Unit 48-D is furnished with one queen bed and two twin beds, making for the ideal hideaway for a modest group of friends or family!
Our guests will enter the condo into the hallway. Just off to your left is the kitchen! The kitchen features an abundance of counter space, full sized appliances including a stove, mounted microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink, as well as plentiful storage room in the top and bottom cabinets. Smaller appliances, such as a toaster and coffee maker are also supplied! Our guests will have no issues preparing a home cooked meal in this entirely supplied kitchen! For guests who prefer to dine out, there are numerous eateries within a short walk or ride of River Oaks. In addition, UberEats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very trendy food delivery options.
Just past the kitchen is the dining area. This dining table separates the kitchen and living room, and provides enough seating for 4! Just past here, we find the living room. The living area is by far the most calming part of the entire condo! The couch and appreciate seat provide plenty of room for hanging out after a long day at the beach or out on the golf course. This space is also fitted with a striking area rug, coffee table, end tables, accent chair, and a flat screen tv! The door to the patio also makes this space warm and welcoming by offering tons of natural light. We encourage our guests to take advantage of the balcony and golf course vistas!
Right off of the living room is the master bedroom! This room is furnished with a queen sized bed, end table, two dressers, access to the balcony, and access to the private bathroom! For guests that are traveling for work or need to get some tasks done, this room also includes a desk and chair, making for the ideal peaceful corner in the condo to get some work done.
The master bathroom is equipped with everything you would need! The upsized vanity sink provides plenty of underneath storage room. There is also a shower and tub combo, and toilet.
Onto the secondary bedroom, our guests will find two twin beds. The beds are separated by a nightstand and lamp. There is also a dresser for additional storage, as well as a flat screen tv in the corner of the room. Guests occupying this bedroom will also have access to the closet.
Last, but not least is the guest bathroom. This bathroom has all of the essentials, including a shower tub combo, vanity with sink, mirror and toilet.
Our property is also equipped with a washer and dryer, and guests adore the convenience of being able to do laundry during their stay!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
River Oaks is an inland community that features indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, putting greens, golf course vistas, and painless access to the beach and so much more. This apartment is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more!
