Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located newly modernized 1BR condo. Just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Entirely outfitted kitchen, sleeps 4.
*PET OWNERS: Only entirely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.

1 bedrooms, 1 bath, Cozy and clean condo, 1 king bed, 1 queen pullout couch in the living room. washer/dryer in the condo. Wi-Fi and intelligent TV available.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
