The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. Our guests will savor a couch and accent chairs, flat-screen TV, and handsome vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. This apartment was delightfully decorated, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind!

How to get the best Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
Find your best deal:
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. To get the best rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Myrtle Beach attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides contain deals for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.
Use filters to narrow your rental search:
- To start, have your group commit to trip dates and a budget.
- Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your family needs. The Palace- 2314 - ocean view 2 bedroom\/2 bath has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally available on booking pages. If not, email the property management company before reserving the property. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, hosts require additional pet deposits and fees.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach destination you crave, search for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
More tips for your visit:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental home.
- Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would back home.
- Upon check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, nearby homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a great vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
