If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses, walk to the Cane Patch par 3 course and driving range just a few blocks away, or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses within a 5-min. drive of the condo!
For a little “retail therapy”, check out one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, head over to the Coastal Grandiose Mall, take a walk around The Market Common, or wander into one of the many beach stores along Ocean Blvd. or King’s Hwy.
Take in a show or concert at the close by House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.
Broadway at the Beach is just about 5 miles from the condo, where you’ll find a premier shopping center filled with everything from extraordinary stores and live entertainment to zipline, helicopter, and jet boat excursions. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, feed a stingray at the amazing Ripley’s Aquarium, take the kids on a carnival ride at the Pavillion Nostalgia Park, or check out Wonder Works for some educational fun. If you’re hungry, enjoy one of the many restaurant selections, including the famed Hard Rock, Wahlburger’s, Dave & Buster’s, or Margaritaville. ★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★
Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort costs. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.
Q: Are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, or infant furnishings supplied?
A: Pool towels are supplied for all guests on the pool decks. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/infant furnishings units, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
Q: Is parking included?
A: Yes, parking is complimentary for one car. You will receive one parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA.
Q: Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?
A: No way, you are on vacation! Our cleaning staff do laundry, do a deep clean, and sanitize the entire unit between guests. We will send checkout instructions prior to your departure so the condo is ready for the cleaning staff upon your departure.
Q: Do you allow family pets?
A: No, pets are not allowed.
Q: Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?
A: NO. Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is $200 to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests.
Other things to note
Conveniences may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management, which we do not have control over. We are sharing the privilege of using and accessing these amenities to our guests. Do note, this is a privately-rented unit within a resort, and in addition to our own maintenance teams, the resort's teams may access the unit for maintenance purposes and/or to help in case of an emergency.
Guest access
-Guests will receive a text the day of check-in date with a unique door access code and any check-in instructions.
-Guests will have access to all amenities except the daily complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is only offered to those who book directly through the resort, which is usually significantly more.
Other things to note
- We do have a strict cancellation policy, so I highly recommend travel insurance in case of emergency.

Tips to get the very best vacation rental experience:
Get the most from your budget:
- Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, shift your trip dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
- The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great information, travel guide magazines contain discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.
Finding the perfect vacation rental:
- Begin by selecting your a vacation week and a max budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Updated 2BR, Ocean front with Amazing Views\n has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is regularly accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before reserving the rental. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches. You will need to determine which bed configuration is best for your vacation.
- Are you looking for unique amenities? Most rental websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- If your group is traveling with pets, filter your search for a pet-friendly rental. Get details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
Know before you go:
- Get the host's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental property.
- To ensure that damages are not attributed to your stay, note any problem areas when you arrive. text the host immediately to report any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like loud vacationers disrupting your quiet neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your group have a fantastic stay? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental property and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
