A: Pool towels are included for all guests on the pool decks. We can connect you with local partners to rent beach chairs/umbrella/beach towel/infant furnishings units, which can be delivered prior to your arrival. Message us for more information.
Q: Is parking supplied?
A: Yes, parking is complimentary for one car. You will receive one parking pass per unit rented, which is limited by the HOA.
Q: Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?
A: No way, you are on vacation! Our cleaning staff do laundry, do a deep clean, and sanitize the entire unit between guests. We will send checkout instructions prior to your departure so the condo is ready for the cleaning staff upon your departure.
Q: Do you allow family pets?
A: No, pets are not allowed.
Q: Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?
A: NO. Smoking is stringently forbidden in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is $200 to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests.
Other things to note
Conveniences may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management, which we do not have control over. We are sharing the privilege of using and accessing these amenities to our guests. Do note, this is a privately-rented unit within a resort, and in addition to our own maintenance teams, the resort's teams may access the unit for maintenance purposes and/or to help in case of an emergency.
Guest access
-Guests will receive a text the day of check-in date with a unique door access code and any check-in instructions.
-Guests will have access to all amenities except the daily complimentary breakfast. The breakfast is only offered to those who book directly through the resort, which is usually significantly more.
Other things to note
- We do have a strict cancellation policy, so I highly recommend travel insurance in case of emergency.

Myrtle Beach vacation rental home tips:
Getting the best rental home value:
- Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, consider shifting your family's Myrtle Beach vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warm weather, , and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
- Booking websites frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Look for your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitor guides have coupons for nearby accommodations and attractions.
How to select the perfect rental in Myrtle Beach:
- Select a group leader, select your vacation week, and select a budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family needs. Updated 2BR, Ocean front with Amazing Views\n has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is almost always available on booking websites. If not, email or call the property manager before booking the vacation property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out what configuration is right for your group.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
- If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly vacation rental. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
Tips for your stay:
- Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the directions to your smartphone.
- At Check-in, make note of any damages to the property and immediately alert the property manager. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, television set or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent quite a few difficulties.
- Be a good neighbor. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
- Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on great reviews to stimulate more bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
