Better yet, rent a gas powered golf cart for your stay and literally go everywhere in it all week long. Located between 12th and 13th Avenues South, you will be in ideal position to check out the brand new Surfside Pier with all of the delicious eateries around it close by. Or, if you are in the mood for something a little more high brow, pack up the family and head for the Murrells Inlet Marsh walk.

Speaking of the kitchen, its completely outfitted with all modern appliances, granite and stone counter tops and plenty of space to store your provisions. There is a 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds as well as an additional roll out cot if ever needed. The Neighborhood:
Between 12th and 13th Avenues South in Surfside, you are in a ideal position not only because you are right on the ocean, but because you can be at marvelous eateries as well as shopping within 5-10 mins..
Getting Around:
Getting around in Surfside Beach is relatively simple by either car or golf cart. Most of the other condos in this community don't have a full 2 car garage and thus can't really fit a gas powered golf cart in their garages, but this one will. Feel complimentary to rent one for your stay and you can have it delivered. Ask us about this and we can make recommendations!
Other Things to Note:
We will provide starter paper supplies along with linens and hand and bath towels and wash cloths with the cleaning fee. We recommend bringing beach towels and either bringing or renting beach chairs and umbrellas locally for your stay. Let us know if you need any recommendations for vendors on this.

Rental home booking tips:
Get the best rental value:
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Book your Myrtle Beach vacation home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
- Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which often include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
How to choose and book the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home:
- First and foremost, have your group commit to the best dates and a max budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration you need. Villa Steps to Ocean, Private Garage, Breathtaking View has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts & types is often available on booking pages. Otherwise, email the property owner before you book the property. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms. You'll need to determine what configuration is optimal for your group.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly property. Request details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Usually, hosts charge additional pet fees.
- Visiting for a specific event? If so, use a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. .
Tips to have a great stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your .
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are away, just like you would at home.
- Document any damages to the rental upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if a dispute is filed.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your peaceful home life. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.
- Did you have a wonderful stay? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
