Come appreciate our casual, family friendly condo with a handsome oceanfront beach and pool view. The unit has been freshly refreshed with all new floor through out the entire condo, granite countertops, new kitchen appliances and freshly remodeled bathrooms with tile floors, tiled walk-in shower, new bathtub and vanities. The living room and all three bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs for all to savor. The 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage comfortably sleep 7 people all in beds. Master bedroom suite has a king size bed with private full bath, bedroom 2 has a queen bed with private ½ bath and bedroom 3 has a double and twin size bed. Oceanfront screened in porch off the living room and private balcony off master bedroom suite, both with expansive ocean vistas are furnished with tables and comfortable chairs for your outdoor leisure. Additional features are a full size washer and dryer plus room for storage on the entry porch for beach gear.

Pelicans Landing is located in the beautiful area of Arcadian Shores of Myrtle Beach. Our oceanfront condo with unobstructed vistas on the first floor is a great family hideaway on the peaceful dead end street Shore Drive. Pelicans Landing condo complex has been newly modernized with new windows, new sliding doors, new balconies, new floor and fresh paint. Two pools with lounge chairs, barbeque grilles, picnic tables, and kids’s playground on this handsome landscaped property are available for your use. Two elevators, bags carts and covered parking are available for your convenience.

Straw Market across the street offers a mini market, Flip Flops Bar & Grille, golf cart, scooter and bicycle units, souvenirs, and take out foods. Ocean Annie's oceanfront beach bar and entertainment are steps away. Rent fishing gear and fish off Apache Pier, the East Coast's longest wooden pier, a short walk down the beach. Fishing charters, shopping including Tanger Outlets, groceries, golf and many entertainment venues are a short drive away. Spend an afternoon at Medieval Times, Pirates Voyage, Hollywood Wax Museum, Legends, mini golfing, Bear Foot Landing or Broadway at the Beach for shopping, dining, and family entertainment.
