Stunning refreshed direct oceanfront condo Located at the Boardwalk Beach Resort (Main Tower) in downtown Myrtle Beach. You are renting directly with the owner not a property manager. This is one of the best condos in the resort. It was completely modernized with new cabinets, tile floors, granite countertops, back splash, and a few other things. This is our second home that we adore and take real good care of. It is walking distance to tons of attractions including Boardwalk at the Beach, Ripleys, Sky Wheel, and tons of stores and eateries. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, and eateries are within 2 blocks away! The Boardwalk has an indoor heated pool, outdoor pools, lazy river and Jacuzzis.

There are 2 QUEEN SIZE beds in the bedroom.
The living room has a sleeper couch, murphy bed, flat screen intelligent TV, and direct balcony access. Stay connected to your favorites with our cable TV as well as access your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more.

Our compact kitchen comes with all dishes, cookware, glassware, and silverware, and it also has a Keurig coffee maker. You'll have everything needed for that ideal morning cup of coffee on the balcony and for a full dinner with family.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the complimentary cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an additional nighttime to your stay if needed.
5. No Animals Accepted. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
Rate is based on 2 people, after 2 it is an additional $25 per person per day.
