The Brigadune has two elevators for routine use (that are cleaned numerous times a day) as well as two sets of stairs at each end of the building (inspected and approved by the Horry County Fire Department) should there be a need to safely exit our property in case of emergency.

This unit is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 people (in off season). No family pets or motorbikes are allowed, and please, be advised ... this is a NO SMOKING unit. If you haven’t discovered it yet, you'll definitely appreciate Shore Drive and the surrounding area.

This condo is in the peaceful area, just north of Myrtle Beach yet south of North Myrtle Beach, between the Hilton Hotel and Marriott’s Dunes 'exclusive area!' This condo has tiled floors throughout and complete with all the conveniences of home. Sheets/bath towels are supplied. Remember, this is a NO-SMOKING unit.

In prime season, we can only accommodate Saturday to Saturday bookings unless arrival is less than 30 days prior to arrival and we have availability.

Cancellation policy - A 60-day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to arrival will incur a $100.00 fee but the remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
