Directly to the right is where the full bathroom is located. The bathroom features a tub, shower, vanity with sink, mirror, and toilet. The AC unit is located in the utility closet just outside the bathroom.
Continuing through the apartment, the private bedroom is also located on the right side of the apartment. The bedroom features 1 queen bed, closet, dresser for storage, nightstand, cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from, access to the ocean view balcony, blackout curtains, and a gorgeous barn door for privacy.
Entering into the living room, guests will find the most calming part of the entire condo! The living room is open and cavernous, and features countless, North-facing vistas of the ocean. The 11th floor offers such great vistas; not too high, not too low! The living room offers a dining table and chairs, queen-sized sleeper couch, accent chairs, end tables, cable TV with over 100 channels to choose from, and access to the ocean view balcony.
As of March 2022, a handsome shiplap wall was constructed and an LED electric fireplace was installed. A brand new sleeper couch was installed, including modern pieces of decor and accents. The entire condo was painted, and a classy barn door was installed in the bedroom. Throughout the condo, guests will appreciate tile floor. This is really a home away from home!
The kitchen is definitely magnificant and features brand new stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and granite counter tops. The homeowners spared no expense! We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. Cooking a sizable meal or a modest snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, The Palace is a short walk / ride from many eateries. Myrtle Beach also offers food delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash!
As of winter 2024, the bathroom has been refreshed! The space now features a impressive, tiled, walk-in shower. The tile flows from the shower all the way around the rest of the room! A rainfall showerhead was also installed, making for an exceptional experience. A new vanity sink with plenty of underneath storage for unpacking your toiletries, and a breath-taking LED mirror with different settings! This space is unrecognizable, and we are so excited to share these extraordinary upgrades with you!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to savor your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

There are 3 outdoor hot tubs, 2 huge outdoor pools, 1 indoor hot tub on the 22nd floor, sauna, steamroom, exercise center, and modest gameroom. In addition, there are coin-operated washers and dryers on every other floor within the complex. Our guests will also have access to drink and snack vending machines, complimentary parking, 24-hour security, and beach access.
Guests will have access to cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.

Finding the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Finding the best rental home value:
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable homes.
- Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guides have discounts for local shops and restaurants.
Use filters to narrow your search:
- Select a group lead, select your vacation week, and choose a budget.
- Determine how many beds and the configuration you need. 1 Bedroom Apartment with Great Views! Palace Resort 1112 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible online. Otherwise, call the property management company before booking the vacation home. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches. You'll need to determine what configuration is right for your family.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the owner about pet restrictions before booking.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you long to visit, look for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your desires.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
More considerations:
- Take a copy of the host's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your . We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
- To make certain no damages are attributed to your visit, note any problem areas when you arrive. Speak to the host immediately to document any damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors disrupting your home life. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known about!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to stimulate new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
