Make lasting memories at Sand Dunes Resort! This 2 bdrm 2 bath lockout unit features 2 balconies w/ ocean vistas, 2 separate entrances, 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, & 3 beds! The ideal beach hideaway for families / friends, who might want a little privacy. There's a w/d in the unit too! The ocean is just steps away, offering the opportunity to savor a ideal beach day & come home to a cavernous condo & resort amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, a restaurant, an arcade, & a store on site.
Description of entire space:
Located on the 10th floor.
Main unit-
Living room: Couch, chair, TV, electric fireplace, access to balcony with ocean view, access to lockout unit
Dining area: Table that will comfortably seat 6
Kitchen: Breakfast bar with stools, refrigerator, stove top (no regular oven), toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, dual coffee machine (drip or pods)
Bedroom 1: 2 queen beds, TV, dresser, closet
Bathroom 1: Accessed from hallway or bedroom 1, has tub/shower combo, sink, counter, toilet
W/D area: another bathroom sink and counter, stackable washer/dryer
Secondary unit-
Bedroom 2: king bed, TV, access to second balcony, modest refrigerator, microwave, dresser, modest table/chairs, closet, accessed from exterior door or LR in main unit.
Bathroom 2: tub/shower combo, toilet, sink with counter space.
The guests can use the entire condo with the exception of the locked owner's closet.
The resort does restrict access to the waterpark that's located close to the road, but you will still have access to the pools, hot tubs, and lazy river shown in the photos.
There's an on-site bar/grille, seasonal pizza shop, a game room and a coffee shop as well.
Property manager lives close by and available if needed. Communication is best kept on the booking platform.
Please note:
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit.
-There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an additional fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras, including beach towels.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.
-You will not have access to the waterpark during your stay.
