This unique place has a style all its own.

Upon walking into the condo, you immediately are taken away by the sliding glass doors to the balcony that has the ideal view of the entire beach.
This unit can sleep up to 4 people with 1 Queen Size bed and 1 Full-Size Pull-out Couch.

The 21st floor is ideal because of the great vistas and you're high enough to not be bothered by all the noises from the pool.

We will provide everything that you might need in the kitchen with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, sink, and dishwasher.
The kitchen comes supplied with silverware, coffee maker, and much more.

A full set of bath towels, sheets, and blankets are also supplied.

The Palace Resort has astounding amenities such as direct beach access,
2 outdoor oceanfront pools, 4 hot tubs, lazy river, steam room, sauna, exercise room, arcade, laundry room, complimentary wifi, restaurant and bar, and complimentary secure parking in the resorts parking garage.

Our condo is NOT part of their onsite-rental program and daily maid service is NOT supplied.

Please be aware that it is very busy during bicycle weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bicycle Fest, and that can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and busy conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. Parking is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow tons during the busiest times. Trailers cannot be parked in the resort's tons or parking deck.
