Summary:
Immaculate 2 bed/2 bath ground floor condo steps from the pool! Just 1.5 miles from Surfside Beach "The Family Beach", and located in Golf Colony of Surfside, you will savor serenity and relaxation in this friendly community. Parking is done by permit, but complimentary and plentiful. There is a striking pool deck that is rarely ever full and has plenty of seating for all, even in peak season. There is a charming covered and screened porch to appreciate morning coffee or afternoon beverages!
The Space:
Come enjoy this inviting 2 bed/2 bath first floor condo overlooking the pool and grilling area! Stepping inside, you will find the master suite with a queen bed, Roku TV, walk in closet and en suite bathroom including a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin XL beds with a 2nd bathroom with stand up shower directly across the hallway. There is a sizable dining table with seating for 4 right next to the entirely equipped kitchen with modern appliances. You will find a queen sleeper couch in the living room along with adore seat and 50" Roku TV for evening entertainment. Perhaps the highlight though is the screened porch steps from the pool that is shaded from the summer sun.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Business Hwy 17 and Hwy 17 Bypass, Golf Colony at Deerfield is right in the middle of Surfside Beach with painless access to eateries, shopping and tons of amenities. There are 3 grocery stores, Target and Walmart within 3 miles or 10 mins. drive. Some of our favorite eateries like the Wooden Spoon (brunch spot), Surfside Pizza (downtown Surfside), The Bar-B-Q House and Johnny D's Waffles (breakfast and brunch) are right around the corner. The world famed Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about 15 mins. south and there are additional eateries and great shopping destinations in the Market Common where you can walk the nighttime away with the whole family. Getting Around:
A rental car is recommended. For a more fun vacation, gas powered golf carts are allowed on site and there is a direct route to the beach through the neighborhood.
Check out King of Carts of Surfside or A-Jax and you can get one delivered to the location!
Other Things to Note:
One dedicated parking space is available in front of condo. There is an overflow lot across the street and next to the Tennis courts for any additional car.
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awe-inspiring super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enchanting (available through a link after your booking)!
