GREAT LOCATION w/ CUSTOM GOLF CART? Linens and cleaning included. Mobile home section, MH 31. Sleeps 12. You will appreciate Ocean Lakes. 5bd, 3 1/2 bath home plus the sunroom is an optional 6th bedroom . Simple walk to the beach , pool, water park and amenities. Extensive porch for people watching and dining. We set it up as a home away from home. our aim is to help you have an amazing vacation.

We have a window unit in the living room for additional cooling. The sun comes into the front windows 1/2 the day. I suggest keeping the blinds closed in the morning & early afternoon. The home has central air as well.
We have had some negative reviews when we first purchased the home regarding cleanliness and updates. We do have a new cleaning crew and have made many updates to the home. I take every review serious and try to take care of guest issues within 24 hours.

Open concept floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and enormous family room all centering around a sizable kitchen Island. Vaulted ceilings w/ multiple ceiling fans that bring the Bahamas straight to Myrtle Beach. There is an extended driveway with a car port. Linens supplied. You can conveniently walk to the beach, play park and Family Fun Center. The Family Fun center has an arcade, miniature golf, water park w/ a toddler's section and lazy river. There is also an enclosed pool for year-round swimming.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Myrtle Beach State Park and Myrtle Beach Beaches, while Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach are popular area attractions. Ripley's Aquarium and Fun Warehouse are also worth visiting. Discover the area's water adventures with jet skiing and kayaking nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with horse riding and cycling.
