Please contact me for availability before booking. Some dates are still available even though they show on Vacation Rental By Owner as taken and some dates might not be available as inventory is live. Also, pics are from Hilton Grandiose Vacations and not my personal pics. The units are floating units, meaning rooms are not fixed to a unit # so there are slight differences in room configuration/vistas depending on where it is assigned by floor. I've supplied the formal description of the unit from the resort. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you need a bigger unit. Thanks!

Tips for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach rental home experience:
When to book a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. To find the best value, change your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
- Some property managers offer special rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guides have offers and deals for local accommodations and attractions.
Planning, picking, and booking the perfectrental:
- Start by selecting your trip dates and a budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Anderson Ocean Club – 2 Bedroom has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is often available online. Otherwise, reach out to the property owner before you book the property. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or could be applied to your invoice.
- Are you visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking
Tips for your stay:
- Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your rental home.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Document any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the property manager. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors can be an incredible resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did you have a excellent stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
