Some dates are still available even though they show on Vacation Rental By Owner as taken and some dates might not be available as inventory is live. Also, pics are from Hilton Grandiose Vacations and not my personal pics. The units are floating units, meaning rooms are not fixed to a unit # so there are slight differences in room configuration/vistas depending on where it is assigned by floor. I've supplied the formal description of the unit from the resort. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you need a bigger unit. Thanks!

Our top Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips:
Get the most from your vacation rental budget:
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Reserve your Myrtle Beach vacation in Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
- Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitors guide magazines contain discounts for nearby accommodations and attractions.
Make a plan and choose your Myrtle Beach rental:
- To start, have your group select trip dates and a maximum budget.

- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
