Please contact me for availability before booking. Some dates are still available even though they show on Vacation Rental By Owner as taken and some dates might not be available as inventory is live. Also, pics are from Hilton Grandiose Vacations and not my personal pics. The units are floating units, meaning rooms are not fixed to a unit # so there are slight differences in room configuration/vistas depending on where it is assigned by floor. I've supplied the formal description of the unit from the resort. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you need a bigger unit. Thanks!

Our top Rental home booking tips and tricks:
Find your perfect rental:
- The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
- Summertime is the most expensive season in Myrtle Beach. Booking your vacation home in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
- Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guides have discounts for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
How to select the perfect vacation rental:
- Start by selecting your potential vacation weeks and a spending budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Anderson Ocean Club – 2 Bedroom has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is regularly available on booking websites. If not, call the host before reserving the home. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Remember to include your furry companions! Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or costs may be applied to your agreement.
- Are you visiting for a specific attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. .
During your stay:
- Be sure you get the host's phone number and check in/check out procedures for your . Store the host's information in your smartphone.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
- During check-in, record any damages to the rental property and immediately contact the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have not otherwise known about!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Did your group have a great vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
