Some dates are still available even though they show on Vacation Rental By Owner as taken and some dates might not be available as inventory is live. Also, pics are from Hilton Grandiose Vacations and not my personal pics. The units are floating units, meaning rooms are not fixed to a unit # so there are slight differences in room configuration/vistas depending on where it is assigned by floor. I've supplied the formal description of the unit from the resort. Please contact me if you have any questions or if you need a bigger unit. Thanks!

Booking the best vacation home experience:
When to visit & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:
- Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities.
- Some hosts offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides have coupons for local tours and attractions.
How to pick the perfect rental home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Choose a designated group leader, choose your trip dates, and select a maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration your group needs. Anderson Ocean Club – 2 Bedroom has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is normally available online. If they are not listed, reach out to the property management company before you book the vacation property. - If your group is bringing pets, you'll need to find a pet-friendly property. Get specifics on breed, weight, and type requirements. Note that some property managers charge additional pet fees.
- Visiting for a single attraction or event? If so, use a map search to browse nearby rentals.
