Other things to note
Guests have access to all of the standard water amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs that are located next to and behind the oceanfront building). The mini waterpark between the building and Ocean Blvd. and fun zone pool area are owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an additional resort fee for exclusive access. Guests renting privately are unable to access these areas. With the money you save, you can take the family to a real waterpark. We recommend Myrtle Waves or Wild Water Wheels.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ The heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and broad process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION ★
We offer additional condos in the area. Feel complimentary to contact us and visit our profile if you travel in a bigger group and need additional accommodation.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking.

Tricks and tips to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Cost saving strategies:
- Summertime is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some hosts offer promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guides contain money saving offers on local tours and attractions.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Select a group leader, choose your vacation dates, and select a spending budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Beachfront! Pools\/Lazy River! has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the host before you book the rental. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds.
- Visiting for a single event or attraction? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.
- If your group is bringing pets, you will need a rental that allows animals. Get specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
Considerations for your stay:
- Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and arrival/departure procedures for your . Store the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are very helpful if damages are assessed.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, elevator or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent quite a few concerns.
- Be a good neighbor. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Lock your rental while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
- On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Inspect the property a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to compel new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
