Welcome to Ocean Escape Condos! While staying at our handsome condos you also get to savor amenities at Captain's Quarters on 7th Ave S, hotel BLUE at 9th Ave S, Crown Reef at 29th Ave S. featuring a year-round waterpark, as well as exclusive access to the seasonal H2oasis Waterpark, located one block away.

Our condo can sleep up to six guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider. Your stay will include all linens and towels. You will also have access to our 24-hour front desk and exclusive access to our seasonal, on-site H2OASIS Waterpark, featuring three 40-foot-tall waterslides, a kids’ slide, and a splash zone! Daily maid service is not included but may be purchased upon arrival.
