We are ready to welcome you to our Ocean Front Three Bedroom Condo located at the striking Carolina Winds Resort in the heart of Myrtle Beach! For the safety of our guests and staff, some services, amenities and outlets may be limited or unavailable during your stay.

Our three bedroom condo can sleep up to eight guests and is available exclusively through the official On-Site Rental provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The reservation payment is non-returnable.
• Any changes made to the reservation, prior to arrival, will incur a $20 fee per change; changes include, but are not limited to date changes and room type changes* You will be charged through Vacation Rental By Owner at the time of making your change.
• No refund for early departures.

*Any changes will require your booking to be re-calculated based on the current best available rate and the new actual length of stay. Early departures require checkout by 11:00am.

*Family Animals are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered family pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Reserve your rental home in Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Many management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which will include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship between the property management company and the business itself.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a wonderful stay? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
