Guests will have full access to the entire private bungalow including complimentary parking and huge back yard.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.

The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.
