Sizable open floor plan with impressive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from just about every room and a gorgeous full oceanfront balcony. Access the balcony from the living room as well as the primary bedroom.

Please Note: Private vacation rental guests can savor the heated outdoor bi-level pools and hot tub at Margate Tower. However, they do not have access to 78 Exercise, Embassy Suites Splash Park or pools located elsewhere around Kingston Resort.

We generally accept Saturday to Saturday, 7-nighttime reservations in-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Alternate check-in / check-out dates and/or shorter stays may be available upon request, with a 3-nighttime minimum Memorial Day to Labor Day.

HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT allowed inside the condo or out on the balcony. Family Animals are not allowed at any time.

Please Note: Resort management restricts golf cart units to the on-site Kingston golf cart rental office. Guests who wish to bring their personal golf carts may do so, only after completing a registration form with the resort office prior to arrival. This is the current resort policy which is subject to change. Motorcycle parking is allowed in the designated motorcycle parking area only; located just prior to the front gate and across from the exercise center. Trailer parking is NOT allowed at any time.

When to visit & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:

June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
Some property managers offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.

Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are out, just like you would back home.
Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items on check-out day. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
