Condo 1042 is located DIRECT OCEAN FRONT on the 10TH FLOORING with AMAZING VIEWS OF THE BEACH AND OCEAN! Just open the sliding glass doors, sit on the balcony and relax to the comforting sounds of the elegant sea. Featuring a COMFORTABLE KING SIZE BED, this inviting & modern condo will sleep 2 people. The kitchen area has a toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, microwave and full size refrigerator.

SAND DUNES RESORT FEATURES MANY OCEAN FRONT AMENITIES! Appreciate the beach, enormous pool, lazy river, splash station & kiddie pool which are all located ocean front! Unwind at the indoor pool or indoor hottub. (NOTE: WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE SAND DUNES ONSITE RENTALS. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
