Looking to get away from it all and appreciate some relaxation? This is the ideal place for a couple's getaway or a modest family vacation! All the amenities of home but with spectacular vistas off the ocean view private balcony. This completely refreshed ocean view 1 bedroom is located at the North end of the "Golden Mile" - close enough to walk to local eateries and attractions without being in the thick of the hordes.

This is a 7th floor 1 bedroom suite at the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view 1 bedroom is completely furnished with 2 full size beds and will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests!

As of 2024 this unit has been updated with brand new floor throughout, as well as all new furnishings!

Just after you enter, guests will find the bedroom! This bedroom features 2 full size beds, a dresser and closet for storage, nightstand between the two beds, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tub/shower, vanity, hair dryer and in the closet is the stackable washer and dryer. Guests will adore the convenience of having a washer and dryer directly in the unit!

Moving through the unit guests will find the kitchen area. This area features a stove, wall mounted microwave, double compartment sink, and full-size refrigerator The kitchen is entirely outfitted with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you may need to whip something up! A Keurig coffee maker is also supplied so you can savor your favorite brew while you watch the sunrise. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of marvelous dining options within a short drive or by foot. Of course, many eateries offer delivery as well.

Just past the kitchen guests will find the main living space! This space is the most calming part of the entire condo! It features a couch, accent chair, TV stand, sizable wall mounted TV, modest table and chairs for eating, and access to the private ocean view balcony! Past guests have appreciated spotting dolphins and watching handsome sunsets!

All bath towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are included. We also provide starter conveniences such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. A hair dryer is also supplied for your use as well.

The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! If desired, we can accommodate daily housekeeping or mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee. Just let us know what you need, and we'll be happy to work with you!

Guest should be advised that this is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in the studio AND on the balcony. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained. Sand Dunes Resort does not allow motorbikes or family pets. The kiddie water park behind the resort is a privately owned facility and access to it is restricted.

Sand Dunes also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, sauna, onsite eateries, humongous arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this handsome unit.
