Ideal hideaway!
Beautiful one bedroom ocean view condo just far enough away for some tranquility but super close to the heart ❤️ of MYRTLE BEACH
NOTE!!! We offer discounts to ALL SPECIAL AND ADDITIONAL NEEDS FAMILIES, (wheelchair access is on a case by case basis due to width of doorways in the unit all amenities have ramps.) MILITARY, FIRST RESPONDERS and ANY LAW ENFORCEMENT Please ask!
This building is on the oceanfront with ocean vistas front the front and back balconies of condo! We are undergoing a humongous building remodel and many features have been finished already; the pool and pool area are closed due to storm damage! We are fairly new owners and this particular unit wasn’t used much. We did what we could in a short time to make it more comfortable and a little less basic it’s not ideal but it’s ideal for us.
There is parking across the street for one car and a permit will be in the room for your windshield. You can park out front to unload till you get the pass.
An elevator will take you to the 3rd floor, you will catch the ocean-view walking to the room! Take it in!!! The door opens to the main bedroom with two double beds (linens included) the original TV ???? is still in place but a new one was included although we are having building issues WITH DIRECT CABLE! You can stream Wi-Fi through both intelligent TVs and use Netflix etc if you have an account. There are adequate provisions to store your clothing and bags. The room is roomy with a window and private door that opens to the kitchen bath area. On the left there is a galley style kitchen with a smaller refrigerator and stove and a microwave. No DISHWASHER but a drying rack is supplied under the sink. No disposal sry ????; please strain droppings and throw in trash. Across from the kitchen is a separate double sink vanity room area with a separate door to the tub/shower stall, and toilet.
Going further into the condo you reach the living room/ with pullout couch (not recommended for adults, elders, or anyone with back problems) it’s just there for additional room, a short term guest, or younger kids. There is a dining area as well the table has a flip up side and has 5 chairs . There is also a 32” TV in this room on a turnstile dresser.Wi-Fi streaming only!
This room opens to a nice balcony with plenty of ocean and beach vistas soak it in! Sometimes I’ll just leave the door open and listen to the waves break! All utilities are supplied but we do ask that you use it sensibly and conserve where possible. The end cost depends on it.
There is a coin operated laundry on the main floor. We are not responsible for your money or the machines, they may or may not work.
There is a key card in the room that will access
all amenities
There is an outdoor pool partially covered, a younger kids shallow pool and 2 whirlpools. These are to be used by “our” building only but some people do slip in. There is also an exercise room (below par ???? and closed) at the moment. The heated pools and equipment may or may not be operational at some times this is out of our control. POOLS ARE PRESENTLY CLOSED!
Upon leaving the pool area (if accessible) there is a boardwalk to the beach. Please respect the unit the building and the beach. Please stay on the paths and off the dunes they protect the shoreline, if you dig a hole fill it, and always clean up your trash. As my Mom always said “take nothing but photos and leave only footprints” this doesn’t include sea shells unless there is life in them. Throw those back in...
This is not a ideal place but it’s ideal in so many ways and hopefully economical for all . We will continue to make upgrades and improve everything to make your stay as extraordinary as it can be.
Please check back as we will make changes to this section as well!
Thanks for looking’ ☺️????

Tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation property experience:
Getting the best value:
- The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. To get the best value, change your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
- Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family.
- Property managers typically offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitor guides contain coupons for nearby accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Finding the perfect rental home in the Myrtle Beach area:
- Start by selecting potential vacation weeks and a spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group requires. Check out THESE RATES Just 2 miles to the heart of Myrtle Beach Great location has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts & types is commonly available online. If you don't see them listed, email or call the host before you reserve the property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes pull-out couches. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is right for your vacation.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, search for a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Often, property managers charge additional pet fees.
- Is your family looking for special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the perfect rental home.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental
Advice for your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and add a note with the instructions to your phone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of issues.
- Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are away, just like you would at home.
- Upon arrival, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a fantastic source for finding the best local attractions.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to drive more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
