DIRECT OCEAN FRONT! I have been going to the Myrtle Beach area all of my life and believe me, this is the best location. It is located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach and it really has one of the nicest, widest beaches. My unit is an end unit and you have great ocean vistas up and down the beach. When I am on my balcony, I feel like I am on the beach. This is where you want to spend your time-morning sunrise, beach vistas during the day and stars and moon at nighttime. Different view every nighttime. The condo was upgraded and new furnishings was added in 2012. The bedrooms are located in the front part of the condo where it is peaceful so when you are ready to sleep you can. When I am not outside appreciating the beach and the ocean front pool, I savor the huge sectional couch and the enormous screen TV. There is a Keurig Coffee maker in the kitchen and some K-Cups and complimentary bottled water to make the coffee. All linens and some paper products supplied
This is a well constructed concrete and steel condo that was constructed when you could still have a sea wall. That is why it is a little closer to the water. The ocean front pool is always very clean and cool. The condo will be clean and well appointed when you arrive. The building is always very peaceful and this enables the guest to have good rest and relaxation. Security is on site in the evenings. My Condo is limited to 6 people- adults over 25 and their kids. Obviously there is no smoking in the condo or in the building. No family pets are allowed and the Home Owners Association does not allow motorbikes. I just request that my guest honor these items.
The property has gas grilles and picnic tables on the beach front levels. Great for family cookouts. The property also has a freshly redone professional quality tennis/pickleball court for your recreation.

Strategies for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Finding the best value:
- Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal SC. Book your rental in the Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
- The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
- Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guide magazines contain money saving offers on local shops and restaurants.
Make a plan and choose your prefect Myrtle Beach rental home:
- Select a group lead, select your trip dates, and choose a spending budget.
- Note the number beds and the configuration your family needs. Check This One Out! Best Location-Quiet And Nice Wide Beach has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rental home search.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, contact the property management company before you reserve your rental. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- If there's a certain Myrtle Beach beach you crave, look for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional fees or charges could be applied to your invoice.
More tips for your stay:
- We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
- To make certain that damages aren't linked to your family's stay, inspect the property for any problem areas upon check in. Contact the rental manager right away to report your findings. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be useful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, A/V setup or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of concerns.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually an excellent source for finding the best local beaches and hangouts.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would back home.
- When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to compel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to remedy it.
