- Condo
This true one bedroom condo has striking city vistas of Myrtle Beach. This condo has just newly been refreshed with tile floor, new furnishings and paint. The Bayview Resort is located on 5th Ave N. You are only 3 blocks away from the fishing pier, 4 blocks to CCMF in June, you are already on the boardwalk and only 9 blocks from Ripley's Believe it or Not. Great location and AMAZING city vistas!
This is a true one bedroom condo, meaning when opening the door into the condo you don't walk into a bedroom, instead you walk into the hallway. The hallway will then open up to the living/dining room and kitchen. Your bedroom is towards the back of the condo, so you have more privacy.
The kitchen does have full size appliances, including a dishwasher and there is a washer and dryer in the condo. The kitchen also has a Keurig coffee maker, a full set of pots and pans, plate ware, glasses, mugs, and silverware.
Being on the 11th floor you will have spectacular city and sunset vistas off of the balcony.
During your stay you will be supplied with 4 sets of towels, sheets for the beds, shampoo, soap, kitchen towel, and a starter pack of paper towels and toilet paper.
The resort does provide pool towels, however they do ask for all pool towels to remain on the property. Please bring any beach accessories either from your home or you can purchase them from a local beach store, Dollar General or Wal-Mart..
When getting to the resort, the 15 min. parking has very limited space, as this resort is located on the beach. There may be a wait to pull into the circular entrance to the building itself.
There is a Starbucks located at the resort itself. You also have access to the secured parking garage, which is only 1 block away.
*** During the seasonal months (March - October) I will not do a check in prior to 4 pm. Please plan and schedule accordingly. I do not have any space for a suitcases drop off***
***Our minimum age requirement to book is 18***
*********At the end of your stay please make sure to return all car tags, pool bands and access cards for the building/garage. If the access card is lost there is a $25 replacement fee*********
*** Please note that check out time is at 10am. My condos are typically are turns, meaning when you check out, I usually have another guest checking in. Please make sure you are out at 10am or I will request a late check out fee of $50 per half an hour that you are past the 10am. This does not apply if you have asked for a later check out. If I can accommodate this I typically always will. I want all of my guests to appreciate the condo as soon as possible****
*No smoking in condo or on property, balcony at anytime**
"
**A $250 Fine will be charged**
** No illegal drugs***
*** Marijuana is still illegal in SC***
If management or the resort asks you to vacate you will leave and your reservation will be canceled with no refund.
Return all access cards back to the condo. if not I have to charge you the $25 for each access card not returned.

Tips to get the perfect vacation property experience:
Get the best rental value:
- To find the best value, change your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
- Booking websites usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines have money saving offers on local tours, shops, and attractions.
Planning and choosing your prefectvacation home:
- First, have your family decide on trip dates and a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. City+Sunset Views @Bayview Resort on the boardwalk has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before booking the property. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- Are you looking for special amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
- If your group is vacationing with pets, search for a pet-friendly rental. Make sure to ask for information on breed, weight, and type requirements. Usually, property owners charge pet deposits and fees.
Tips for your stay:
- Add the property manager's phone number to your phone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- To ensure that damages aren't attributed to your stay, note any problem areas during arrival. Call the host right away to record any issues. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be useful.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, intercom or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent a lot of problems.
- Be a good neighbor. Often, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Lock your rental property while you're away! Don't let thieves spoil your family vacation.
- Double-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to drive future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
