Kitchen is completely equipped with all basics. sleeps up to guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 1 bath, great comfortable space. 2 King beds. Bedrooms located upstairs (must climb stairs)

*Sheets and linens supplied.

*Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The apartment is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Parking is complimentary (2 parking spots available)

*This is a multiunit property where other guests stay.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Family Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Chapin Memorial Park are also worth visiting.

Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
