2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom freshly refreshed condo in walking distance to the beach.
Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics. sleeps up to guests.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 1 bath, great comfortable space. 2 King beds. Bedrooms located upstairs (must climb stairs)
*Kitchenette is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area.
*Sheets and linens included.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Family Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The apartment is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Parking is complimentary (2 parking spots available)

*This is a multiunit property where other guests stay.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach and Ripley's Aquarium. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Chapin Memorial Park are also worth visiting.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. To find the best value, change your vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
Booking websites usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.

Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
