The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 14th-floor, completely refreshed king suite located at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This studio apartment is completely furnished with 1 king bed, and a full-sized bed, which comfortably accommodates 4 guests.
This unique layout offers upsized living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! The bathroom is full-size and features a granite slab countertop, toilet with bidet, new hair dryer, and tub/shower with a rainfall showerhead. The bathroom sits just off to the left when you enter the condo.
The owner of this condo has paid attention to detail, adding new fast-charging USB A and USB C outlets throughout the studio, new LED lights for behind the TV, a new commercial hair dryer, a new Mr. Coffee maker with a reusable filter, a new lamp with a touch-dimmer option, and a new iron and ironing board!
While this studio unit does not have a full kitchen, the air-fryer, microwave, sink with different faucet settings, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, and full-size refrigerator in addition to the mini refrigerator make the kitchenette very convenient for guests who want to have a few fast meals in the unit during their stay! There is also a blender for smoothies and frappucinos, as well as a pressure cooking for making some healthy meals during your stay!
Our guests will appreciate having their own private balcony where they can relax and savor North-facing vistas of the ocean. Past guests have stated they have great vistas of the fireworks shows that happen at Broadway at the Beach, Pelican Stadium, and the boardwalk! Guests can also catch a glimpse of the action of the outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river! The condo has been completely remodeled in an effort to make the guests' experience much more delightful. Brand new laminate vinyl floor was installed throughout the entire condo, except for the existing tile floors in the bathroom and wet bar areas. In addition, a new king bed, bed, and box spring were installed. A new 40-inch Intelligent Fire TV with Alexa Voice Remote was placed in the unit for our guests to sign into their streaming accounts or watch live cable channels!
Last but not least, we have repainted the entire apartment and bathroom, and we have installed new, nautical, beachy decor throughout! With so many units having the same outdated look, we wanted to separate our rental from all the others, and we are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, complimentary parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not allowed to use the food and drink outlets within the complex, the water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our prices reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We highly recommend checking out Myrtle Waves Waterpark during your summer vacation! Myrtle Waves features 1.2 million gallons of pools and splash zones, and over 30 water slides and attractions. As the biggest water park in the state and ranked in the top 15 water parks in the entire country, Myrtle Waves is only a 10-min. drive from the Landmark Resort.

Tips to get the best rental home experience:
Sticking to a rental home budget:
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Summer time is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Book your Myrtle Beach rental home in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
- Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, travel guides have coupons for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.

- Hosts are available to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- During check-in, record any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Be a good neighbor. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
- After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good ratings to drive more bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review find their best vacation home. Remember to be objective.
