Resort parking is $20 for guests renting from 2 nights to 1 week to be paid to Security by credit card only. ($10 a day for guests not spending the nighttime). Security will issue a pass which must be displayed at all times on the property.

A few beach chairs are for your use. Please keep on balcony to cut down on sand.

Beach chairs and umbrella are available for rent during Summer.

• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
