Welcome to Cozy Cottage! Our spectacular COZY 3BR/2BA very roomy home has all BRAND-NEW furnishings and linen. Cozy Cottage is located within the The Cottages of Gleneagles, a BRAND-NEW community located inside of the 1,300 acres gated Legends Golf Resort, with a enchanting ambiance all around it. Surrounded with the club home pool, hot tub and playgrounds, The Famous Ailas Pub and so much more. This property is very convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, dresser, two nightstands, huge walk-in closet, flat screen TV with cable access and a en-suite private bathroom featuring a luxury standing tiled shower with a glass door and enclosure, double sink vanity and private toilet room with door.
The 2nd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, nightstand table sitting chair and closet. The 3rd guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, dresser, nightstand table and closet. The second full size bathroom is in the hall between the 2 guest bedrooms.

Appreciate our cavernous living room complete with a super comfortable couch featuring a couch bed a adore seat, coffee table, two end tables with lamps and a sizable flat screen TV on our gorgeous TV stand. We also have a BRAND-NEW Full-size Washer and Dryer in the laundry room with a shelving unit above the washer and dryer to hang your non dryer items.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our Sensational completely equipped; entirely supplied kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals if you decide to dine in while you are on vacation. Featuring BRAND-NEW stainless-steel appliances (gas stove, oven, microwave, double sided refrigerator with bottom pull out freezer & dishwasher), a Keurig coffee machine. Our kitchen features a eat at bar with barstools and a breakfast nook inside the kitchen with a round dining table that will accommodate 2 guests, along with a modest desk space you can work at as well.
When it's time to dine, appreciate our dining room table with seating to accommodate up to 6 guests. We have an added plus in the kitchen with an attached breakfast bar & barstools complete with seating for 4 guests and our breakfast nook complete with table and seating for 2 guests.
PATIO & BACKYARD
Savor your days/evenings on our covered patio complete with a table and chairs as well as a BBQ Grille for your outdoor cooking & calming needs. There is also a modest backyard for the kids to savor playing while the adults are grilling out.

We are just 5 miles from all the great beaches as well as everything Myrtle Beach has to offer without staying in all the congestion.
At the main entrance of Legends Golf Resort which off US HWY. 501 you will find a variety of Eateries like (Outback Steakhouse, The Grumpy Monk, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings, Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux), Grocery stores (Kroger and Publix) and The Tanger Outlets.

- Events/Enormous groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Generous events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.
