The space:

This unique vacation rental is geared for a fun home base for families & friends looking to discover the Myrtle beach area. When not calming in the comfortable outdoor spaces, head out to discover the many local attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer (and the beach is just 2 blocks away.)

This property features a unique handmade loft space. The "sky lounge" features a nook to savor the natural sunlight or the nighttime sky from a perspective only available at the bungalow. It is a special treat to appreciate the sound of the rain from the sky lounge. Everyone just loves this experience!

This 3-story townhouse with 2 bedrooms has beds on all floors.

The First floor has a full kitchen, pantry, half bath, fireplace, enormous screen TV, full sized daybed, twin trundle bed, as well as a adore seat.

The second floor contains the master bedroom with a King bed, skylight, a huge closet, dresser, a full bathroom, and a cute balcony for relaxing or sunbathing.

The third floor has a Queen bed and access to the sky lounge.

The outdoor patio area is ready for al fresco dining. It is complete with an umbrella, dining table and chairs. A gas grille is supplied for your enjoyment.

Please be aware that this bungalow is not recommended to those with mobility issues. There are tons of steep stairs in the home (especially going the loft area.) Please keep this in mind for both kids and adults that might have issues with accessing the upper floors.

Our bungalow is a lush garden with plants to attract bees, butterflies, birds, and amphibians to our little ecosystem. We hope that you get to enjoy their visits while you are here.

Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee. We are happy to host up to two dogs. They must be housebroken, be on flea and tick control and be on a leash while in the community common areas (courtyard and parking area.)

The whole home is available for guests.
Other things to note
Guests have access to the on-site washer and dryer located in the storage shed.

Rental property booking tips and tricks:

When to book a Myrtle Beach rental home & When to go:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Reserve your rental in Fall or Spring months to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, travel guide magazines contain coupons for nearby restaurants, attractions, and tours.

Selecting and booking the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation home:

  • Choose your vacation dates and max budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Cozy Myrtle Beach Home with Balcony, Pet Friendly, 3 Min Walk to the Beach! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is often accessible on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email or call the property manager before booking the vacation home. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms.
  • Looking for unique amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking
  • If your group is bringing pets, you must book a property that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Often, hosts charge additional pet fees.

Have a great stay:

  • Add the owner's contact info to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • To ensure that damages aren't linked to your family's visit, make a record of any problem areas during check in. E-mail the property manager immediately to record any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having a record of issues and contact attempts will be valuable.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
