The space:

This unique vacation rental is geared for a fun home base for families & friends looking to discover the Myrtle beach area. When not calming in the comfortable outdoor spaces, head out to discover the many local attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer (and the beach is just 2 blocks away.)

This property features a unique handmade loft space. The "sky lounge" features a nook to savor the natural sunlight or the nighttime sky from a perspective only available at the bungalow. It is a special treat to appreciate the sound of the rain from the sky lounge. Everyone just loves this experience!

This 3-story townhouse with 2 bedrooms has beds on all floors.

The First floor has a full kitchen, pantry, half bath, fireplace, enormous screen TV, full sized daybed, twin trundle bed, as well as a adore seat.

The second floor contains the master bedroom with a King bed, skylight, a huge closet, dresser, a full bathroom, and a cute balcony for relaxing or sunbathing.

The outdoor patio area is ready for al fresco dining. It is complete with an umbrella, dining table and chairs. A gas grille is supplied for your enjoyment.

Our bungalow is a lush garden with plants to attract bees, butterflies, birds, and amphibians to our little ecosystem. We hope that you get to enjoy their visits while you are here.

Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee. We are happy to host up to two dogs. They must be housebroken, be on flea and tick control and be on a leash while in the community common areas (courtyard and parking area.)

The whole home is available for guests.
Other things to note
Guests have access to the on-site washer and dryer located in the storage shed.

How to find the best vacation property experience:

When to book & When to go:

  • The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Myrtle Beach area. Book your Myrtle Beach rental home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which often include special offers, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

How to select the perfect rental in the Myrtle Beach area:

  • Choose your dates and spending budget.
  • Note the number beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. Cozy Myrtle Beach Home with Balcony, Pet Friendly, 3 Min Walk to the Beach! has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is commonly available on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, call the property management company before you book the home. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds. You will need to determine what is optimal for your vacation group.
  • Some properties allow pets, but some don't. Acceptable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable breeds and types before booking.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental

Additional considerations:

  • Take a copy of the owner's phone number and arrival/departure procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let thieves ruin your vacation.
  • At Check-in, document any issues with the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Be respectful. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
