Just walk out the back door of the resort to dip your toes in the sand, ride the waves, or simply settle down with a new book.
If you need a break from the beach, try out one of the area’s many miniature golf courses or check out one of the many 18-hole golf courses within a 5-min. drive of the condo, including Pine Lakes Country Club, Grande Dunes, Arcadian Shores Golf Club, or Dunes Golf & Beach Club!
For a little “retail therapy”, check out one of the two Tanger Outlets in the area, head over to the Coastal Grandiose Mall, take a walk around The Market Common, or wander into one of the many beach stores along Ocean Blvd. or King’s Hwy.
Take in a show or concert at the close by House of Blues, Alabama Theater, or Carolina Opry. At Legends In Concert, you just might see Elvis! For some entertaining dining, you can watch a joust at Medieval Times or hang out with pirates at Pirate’s Voyage.

Guests will have access to all WATER amenities in this resort. All commercial amenities run by resort management that normally incur a resort fee and/or added payments from guests, including the store, restaurant, bar, bowling alley, exercise, game room, and laundry are limited to hotel units only. All amenities may be subject to closure without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA and building management. However, our prices are often hundreds of dollars less than the resort charges and we believe our property is nicer and more comfortable with new beds, a great big TV, and additional sleeping for 2 more people than they provide in their similar units. It is a fantastic value and you still get all the water amenities!
For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. There is a bus line that runs the length of Ocean Blvd. There are also plenty of taxi cabs available - including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach in case you need a ride back from the clubs. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and inexpensive.
Appreciate the OPEN AIR arrival with NO FRONT DESK CHECK-IN at this home away from home.
Please be aware that it is very busy during bicycle weeks, especially during Atlantic Beach Bicycle Fest, and the can lead to police managed traffic flows, a lot of traffic, and busy conditions in the area. In addition, our busiest week is 4th of July week. While parking is ample, it is on a 1st come 1st served basis and you may need to park in overflow tons or on the street during the busiest times. There are 2 parking garages and 3 surface tons available for guests.
This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are supplied as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.
Conveniences may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management. Food and drink facilities run by the front desk are not accessible when renting privately. However, there are many food and beverage options very close, including a fantastic beach bar next door.
In case you are traveling in a bigger group, we rent other condos in the building. Feel complimentary to contact us at any time should you need to rent another condo.

Our top Myrtle Beach vacation rental tips and tricks:
Getting the most from your rental home budget:
- The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
- Summer is the most expensive season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking your vacation rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
- Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Booking websites often offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local articles, visitors guide magazines contain money saving offers on local accommodations, restaurants and tours.
How to select the best vacation rental in the Myrtle Beach area:
- To start, have your family choose date ranges and a budget.
- Note the number beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Direct Oceanview 1-bedroom condo Sleeps 8 has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Precise information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is commonly available online. Otherwise, email or call the host before booking your rental. Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to work out what configuration is right for your vacation family.
- If your family is vacationing with pets, you'll need to search for a pet-friendly property. Make sure to ask for information on breed, size, and type requirements. Often, property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
- Is your family looking for unique amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Filtering by amenity will allow you to quickly find the best rental.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
More considerations:
- Take a copy of the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. Store the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, television set or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of issues.
- Lock your rental property while you're out! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
- Make a record of any issues with the rental at check in, and immediately contact the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Be respectful. Frequently, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Upon check-out, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did your family have a great vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
