Guest Access:
Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the many onsite resort amenities!
Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your car at all times while parked on property to prove you are a guest!
Secured parking garage available directly across the street for both motorbikes and golf carts, and of course cars, trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!
After you park, there are 2 codes to remember and will be supplied to you on the morning of your reservation! One code is to enter the building, the other code is for your unit!!!
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Myrtle Beach! This condo is centrally located and within walking distance to a lot of adventures! About 10 mins. away from the Myrtle Beach airport and a 10 min. walk to the famed Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, this location is prime.
Getting Around:
Of course one way to get around is walking, but in Myrtle Beach typically the best way to move about the city is by car! There are City buses available but Uber and Lyft have proven to be the best options for a lot of our guests!

3) The cleaning costs are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space ideal for the next guest!
The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different costs, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
