The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 18th floor, completely refreshed, studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This apartment is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller and do not have the updates that this unit offers! This layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! In the Summer of 2020, major renovations took place in the unit in an effort to make your experience much more delightful.
First, all carpet was removed, and new porcelain tile was installed. The old cabinets were removed, and new ones were installed. Sensational, blue granite countertops were installed in the kitchen, as well as brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen features a full size fingerprint resistant refrigerator, slide-in stove / oven, and a stainless steel dishwasher. The white cabinets, aqua blue countertops, and stainless appliances compliment each other very well. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living space is just as special! The homeowners have installed a new 43 inch flat screen TV and newly painted the entire apartment. The sectional couch is brand new as of 2020 and converts to a queen bed. The couch also has storage capabilities underneath! The queen-sized bed faces the 18th floor balcony, and guests can literally wake up to countless ocean vistas. Our guests will also appreciate their own personal breakfast bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean that also features granite countertops and bar stools. Our visitors adore being able to sit at the bar, savor a meal, or simply soak in the striking vistas.
The bathroom was also modernized during the remodel process. The bathroom is full-size and features a walk-in, tile shower with glass doors, tile floors, new vanity, and new toilet. Everything is brand new as of July 2020!
The homeowner spared no expense and even updated some of the smaller accents in the apartment. New illuminating electrical outlets, new light fixtures, new ceiling fan, all new furnishings, new floor, new paint, brand new AC system, new appliances, and the list goes on!
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment was gorgeously decorated, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The updates in this apartment were inspired by the Greek Santorini Island, and we couldn't be happier to host you in the near future!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!
****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Tips for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach rental experience:
Get the most from your budget:
- Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. Reserve your Myrtle Beach rental in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
- Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
- Property managers often offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
- Look for your local Myrtle Beach visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, visitors guides have money saving offers on local accommodations, restaurants and tours.
Make a plan and pick the best Myrtle Beach rental:
- Start by having your group select the best dates and a spending budget.
- Determine how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration your group needs. Fully Renovated Apartment with ENDLESS Views! Palace Resort 1805 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before you book the vacation home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds in living rooms.
- Visiting for a specific attraction? Try a map search to find nearby properties.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking.
- Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional fees or costs may be applied to your invoice.
During your stay:
- Add the host's phone number to your smartphone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Make a record of any issues with the property during check in, and immediately send them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
- Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors can be an excellent source for finding the best local scenic spots.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
- Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
- After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good reviews to inspire future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
