The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 18th floor, completely refreshed, studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This apartment is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller and do not have the updates that this unit offers! This layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! In the Summer of 2020, major renovations took place in the unit in an effort to make your experience much more delightful.
First, all carpet was removed, and new porcelain tile was installed. The old cabinets were removed, and new ones were installed. Stunning, blue granite countertops were installed in the kitchen, as well as brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen features a full size fingerprint resistant refrigerator, slide-in stove / oven, and a stainless steel dishwasher. The white cabinets, aqua blue countertops, and stainless appliances compliment each other very well. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living space is just as special! The homeowners have installed a new 43 inch flat screen TV and newly painted the entire apartment. The sectional couch is brand new as of 2020 and converts to a queen bed. The couch also has storage capabilities underneath! The queen-sized bed faces the 18th floor balcony, and guests can literally wake up to countless ocean vistas. Our guests will also savor their own personal breakfast bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean that also features granite countertops and bar stools. Our visitors appreciate being able to sit at the bar, appreciate a meal, or simply soak in the striking vistas.
The bathroom was also modernized during the remodel process. The bathroom is full-size and features a walk-in, tile shower with glass doors, tile floors, new vanity, and new toilet. Everything is brand new as of July 2020!
The homeowner spared no expense and even updated some of the smaller accents in the apartment. New illuminating electrical outlets, new light fixtures, new ceiling fan, all new furnishings, new floor, new paint, brand new AC system, new appliances, and the list goes on!
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment was charmingly decorated, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The updates in this apartment were inspired by the Greek Santorini Island, and we couldn't be happier to host you in the near future!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!
****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Booking the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:
When to visit & When to book:
- To get the best value, try shifting your vacation to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides which include special deals, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Filter your search:
- Select your dates and spending budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Fully Renovated Apartment with ENDLESS Views! Palace Resort 1805 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise details about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is often accessible on booking pages. If not, email the property manager before reserving the home. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches. You'll need to work out what bed configuration is suitable for your family.
- If there's an individual Myrtle Beach attraction you simply love, keep an eye out for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your desires.
- Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
- Do your family pets travel with you? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Extra fees or might be applied to your invoice.
Advice for a terrific stay:
- Add the property manager's phone number to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
- Make a record of any issues with the property during check in, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if there is a dispute.
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You'll enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are a great resource to find the best local attractions.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
- Keep your rental home locked while you're gone! Don't let burglars ruin your family vacation.
- Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
- Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to propel more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
