The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 18th floor, completely refreshed, studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This apartment is entirely furnished with 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen sleeper couch. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller and do not have the updates that this unit offers! This layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! In the Summer of 2020, major renovations took place in the unit in an effort to make your experience much more fun.
First, all carpet was removed, and new porcelain tile was installed. The old cabinets were removed, and new ones were installed. Stunning, blue granite countertops were installed in the kitchen, as well as brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen features a full size fingerprint resistant refrigerator, slide-in stove / oven, and a stainless steel dishwasher. The white cabinets, aqua blue countertops, and stainless appliances compliment each other very well. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family. Unlike many units, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster.
The living space is just as special! The homeowners have installed a new 43 inch flat screen TV and freshly painted the entire apartment. The sectional couch is brand new as of 2020 and converts to a queen bed. The couch also has storage capabilities underneath! The queen-sized bed faces the 18th floor balcony, and guests can literally wake up to countless ocean vistas. Our guests will also appreciate their own personal breakfast bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean that also features granite countertops and bar stools. Our visitors appreciate being able to sit at the bar, savor a meal, or simply soak in the beautiful vistas.
The bathroom was also updated during the remodel process. The bathroom is full-size and features a walk-in, tile shower with glass doors, tile floors, new vanity, and new toilet. Everything is brand new as of July 2020!
The homeowner spared no expense and even updated some of the smaller accents in the apartment. New illuminating electrical outlets, new light fixtures, new ceiling fan, all new furnishings, new floor, new paint, brand new AC system, new appliances, and the list goes on!
The living room is really the most calming area of the entire apartment. This apartment was handsomely decorated, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The updates in this apartment were inspired by the Greek Santorini Island, and we couldn't be happier to host you in the near future!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests adore the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to appreciate this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!
****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open!*********

Tips and Tricks for getting the perfect Myrtle Beach rental experience:
When to visit & When to reserve a Myrtle Beach rental home:
- To find the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.
- Often, management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which often include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Narrow your Search:
- Choose your dates and budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Fully Renovated Apartment with ENDLESS Views! Palace Resort 1805 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is often accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, reach out to the property owner before you book the home. Note that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which oftentimes includes pull-out couches. You'll need to establish which bed configuration is suitable for your vacation family.
- Does your group require special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- Some properties allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
Have a wonderful stay:
- Put the manager's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- At Check-in, make note of any issues with the property and immediately alert the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers disrupting your home life. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
- Did your group have a terrific time? Most rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
