*Each adult will be supplied a wristband at the time of arrival. Wristbands are needed to access pools; each adult will need a wristband for pool deck entry. Wristbands are also needed to access the lobby from 10pm ‐ 7am and access the fourth-floor parking garage crosswalk and stairwell.

*There will be a $50 charge each for lost or damaged wristbands.

Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance issues, there are rare occasions that the resort may need to place you in a comparable unit.

Family Animals are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit. Service animals are not considered family pets when required to perform a specific duty for the owner, and must be registered at the front desk at check-in. Emotional support animals however are considered pets and are not allowed at any time.

When to book a Myrtle Beach rental & When to go:

• Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Book your rental home in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself.
